Can I add a card to my Gift Box?

All of The Joyful Gift Company’s thoughtful boxes of Joy come with the option to include a card with a personalised message that will be lovingly handwritten by us – or if being delivered to yourself first can be left blank.

Can I customise my Gift Box?

Yes! We have a 100% customisable Gift Box option for those extra tricky people in your life. This Custom Gift Box means that you can select any products from our website (min of 5 items) and we will package them all up in one of our stunning reusable Gift Boxes. As with all of our boxes this box comes with a card which we will lovingly hand-write with your personalised message and a free bar of Bahen & Co Chocolate!

Alternatively, you can also add any additional items to any of our existing box options.

How will you deliver my Gift Box?

  • For orders within the Perth Metro area: Your Gift Box will most likely be delivered by one of our friendly Couriers. On the odd occasion that our couriers are all booked up we use Australia Post’s Express Post Service.
  • For orders outside of the Perth Metro area: Your Gift Box will be delivered by Australia Post’s Parcel post service. Note: Some WA orders outside of the Perth Metro area may still be delivered via Australia Post’s Express Post Service.

How long will it take for my Order to be delivered?

  • For orders within the Perth Metro area: Your Order will arrive within one to two Business day (if no specific delivery date has been nominated)
  • For orders outside of the Perth Metro area: Please refer to our Ts & C’s for an estimate *these time frame estimates have been sourced from Australia Posts website. The Joyful Gift Company cannot be held accountable if your order takes longer than the time frames provided.

When can / will my Gift Box be delivered?

If being delivered by one of The Joyful Gift Company’s Couriers: We deliver Monday – Friday (not including Public Holidays) between 8:30am & 7:00pm.

*** Note: If you require a weekend, Public Holiday or specific delivery date please contact us at to see if we can accommodate.

If being delivered by Australia Post: Australia Post generally deliver between 8:00am & 6:00pm Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

What if nobody is home/available to receive the delivery?

If being delivered by one of The Joyful Gift Company’s Couriers: Our Couriers will leave your package in a discreet/safe location at the delivery address. If this is not possible due to security, weather or access issues a card will be left to arrange for re delivery. Our Couriers may also call the number provided at the time of ordering to see what your preference is.

If being delivered by Australia Post: Australia Post will either leave the package in a safe place or leave a card for local pickup. Please see Australia Post’s Authority to Leave Practice here:

What happens if an item gets damaged during the delivery process?

We do our very best to ensure that all Boxes are packed in the safest possible manner and are in perfect condition upon dispatch. However, we realise that on occasion items may be damaged through the delivery process. If this does happen please contact us at with a picture & details of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can rectify the situation in a timely manner for you.

Do you Ship outside of Australia?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.


If my order is being delivered via Australia Post How will it be packaged?

Our Gift Boxes will be shipped inside of custom sized shipping cartons/outers and marked as fragile to protect from Damage.

Can I have the Gift Box delivered directly to myself?

Of course! Simply put your own address in the delivery/shipping address fields. This is a popular option as we know our customers love to give their thoughtful boxes of joy in person to the lucky recipient.

Can I cancel/Change my Order?

As we pack our boxes shortly after receiving your order to ensure timely delivery this is sometimes a little difficult. If you do need to cancel or change your order you will need to do so within 1 hour of placing your order: please contact us at, mark your email as urgent, detail your cancellation/change and we will get in touch with a solution.

Please Note: We dispatch all orders that are being delivered via Australia Post by 3pm awst (Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays) – If you contact us after an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or amend you order.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes you can! As long as you specify the individual ‘Delivery Address’ per box/es that you order.
